What can we do to provide a better tenant experience? 

Pinpoint launched an app to provide better tenant experience for the space in the pinpoint building. Covering from building experiences like space reservation, building maintenance, guest pass, pinpoint explored various service experiences to provide more than building facilities to the tenants

I particularly concentrated on competitor audit research and data visualization. Starting by researching competitor audit including Hqo, Local Stitch, FastFive and WeWork, I analyzed what kind of service they are providing based on the building location and target persona. According to the unique location of the pinpoint building, I collected data of the surrounding district and created an infographic map based on the data. The aim of this infographic map was to narrow down the potential tenant and explore possible services that we can provide.

COMMUNICATION

Communication between co-workers will change the work quality.

While working cross-functionally with other team members, I learned how important it is to share all the thoughts and processes to prevent misunderstanding towards the final. Also, being prepared to ask clear impactful questions to the coworkers made me acquainted with the work environment faster.

TIME MANAGEMENT

​Prioritize work and share the process.

This company was a fast-paced environment, and as a designer I participated on many different projects. Handling solo projects to team projects at once was a big challenge for me. I learned how to manage my work with other teams when my plate is full, and also create a time worksheet to keep on track.

THINK BROADLY

Think outside of the box.

My previous works were based on print works like poster design, editorial design, branding..etc. However, throughout the internship in this company, I had an opportunity to design space, collaborate with engineering team for creating the application. I learned that design is everywhere, which triggered my creativity to infinity.
